Help Homeowners. Earn Based on Your Results. Brush & Paint LLC is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help grow our residential painting business by setting appointments with homeowners.

Your role is simple:

introduce our company, talk with homeowners, and schedule free exterior painting estimates . Our team handles the estimates, proposals, and completed projects. What You'll Do Canvass targeted neighborhoods in the Wilmington area. Speak with homeowners in a professional manner. Schedule free painting estimates. Represent Brush & Paint LLC and our brand. What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Self-motivated and dependable. Comfortable talking with homeowners. Reliable transportation. Sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential . Your income is based on the painting projects generated from the appointments you set. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions while enjoying a flexible schedule.
