Ready to take control of your income and help grow a leading local painting company?

We're hiring a confident, driven Door-to-Door Marketer to generate leads and book estimate appointments onto our sales schedule. What You'll Do Knock doors in local neighborhoods to find homeowners ready to paint. Start real conversations and offer free estimates. Book appointments directly using Calendly or a CRM. Compete with yourself weekly — track and beat your numbers. What Makes You a Fit Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing. Energetic, confident, and competitive personality. Goal-oriented and coachable. Reliable transportation; available evenings/weekends. Compensation $20/hour + $30 per attended estimate.
On-target earnings:
$35-$50/hr. Opportunities to grow into sales or marketing leadership roles. Performance-Based Pay This is not a sales or social media role — it's about activity, charisma, and conversion .
