Abortion rights are under attack. 1 in 3 Women live in a state with restricted or limited care, and extremist politicians are doing everything they can to strip away reproductive and healthcare freedoms even further. The good news? The power to fight back is in the hands of the people. This position is a Street Canvassing position where you can expect to stand/walk for 6+ hours outside in all weather conditions, and you are required to obtain 9 donors per week. We work Tuesday- Saturday 10:00-6:30pm.

Full/Part Time 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) unlimited PTO policy and 6 sick days a year Health, Dental, Vision, 401k (company match), disability insurance Work 4 days get paid for 5 •based off performance Monthly fun incentives + weekly bonuses A team-oriented and fun culture with a strong management team Professional Fundraisers earn $22/hr + bonuses Advanced Fundraisers earn $25/hr +bonuses Responsibilities Engage confidently with members of the public in various community settings to communicate the mission and goals of our organization Build meaningful relationships with potential donors, explaining how their support can create lasting impact Promote awareness of our causes through compelling storytelling and active listening Collect donations and manage contributions accurately using CRM Maintain excellent customer service by addressing questions, providing information, and fostering positive interactions Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans for outreach campaigns and maximize fundraising efforts Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and authentically with diverse audiences Experience or interest in fundraising, marketing, service industry or public relations is preferred Excellent communication skills, Strong Emotional Intelligence, with a positive attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments Demonstrated relationship management skills and a passion for social causes Prior experience in door face to face fundraising preferred but not required.
