  • 10-15 hrs/week The Mannion for NY campaign (NY-22) is seeking Field Interns for Fall 2026.

This internship is a good opportunity for high school or college students interested in gaining field experience on a competitive reelection campaign. About the Role Field interns will be integrated into the campaign's field operations. You will support voter outreach, volunteer recruitment, organization, field research, and other general tasks that are essential to running an effective and successful field program. Interns will work closely with the rest of the field staff and will have visibility into day-to-day field operations, how voter outreach strategy is developed, and how goals are made and met in a congressional reelection campaign. Responsibilities ? Conduct door-knocking and phonebanking efforts ? Provide voters with information on local candidates, campaigns, and the upcoming election ? Recruit volunteers during canvassing ? Meet weekly door and call goals ? Provide administrative support to the field team as needed Qualifications ? Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines ? Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills ? Desire to talk to voters and engage the community ? Interest in political campaigns, government, public service, or community engagement ? Experience door-knocking, phonebanking, and using MiniVan appreciated, but not required ? No prior campaign experience required, but demonstrated interest in politics preferred Compensation & Time Commitment ? $600

Flexible scheduling; 10-15 hrs/week, weekend availability appreciated ? Hybrid in-district ?

End date:

November 3rd, 2026 Location Cities and towns within NY-22: Auburn, Syracuse, Cortland, Utica, Hamilton, and surrounding areas. Remote opportunities are not available for this role.
