We're looking for a motivated Canvasser who enjoys talking with people, staying active, and working independently. No previous canvassing or sales experience is required. If you're dependable, friendly, willing to learn, and comfortable talking with homeowners, we'll teach you the process. About the Role As a Canvasser , you'll visit assigned residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule free painting estimates for the Prim Painting sales team. You'll spend most of your time in the field, walking neighborhoods, meeting homeowners, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This is a year-round opportunity , not seasonal work. Work Location Columbus, OH and surrounding areas You'll work throughout the Greater Columbus area , generally within approximately 30 minutes of the office . This is primarily a field-based position. You'll typically meet the team in the field and work assigned residential neighborhoods. Training & Growth You don't need to know how to canvass or sell painting services before starting. You'll receive paid training and learn the company's proven process. During training, you can expect to earn approximately $500-$800 per week . Once you're fully trained and consistently following the process, earnings of $800-$1,200+ per week are common, with top performers earning even more. Prim Painting currently has two active canvassers and offers year-round work.
