You will create opportunity and protect homeowners after storm damage. This is a professional sales role where you will: Engage with homeowners daily to inspect and assess roofing needs Educate customers on storm damage and insurance processes Present clear, value-driven solutions Train every day with mentors who push you to improve Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Training Period:
$500 per week plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission Year 1: $70,000 to $120,000+Top Producers:
$150,000 to $300,000+Branch Leaders and Market Owners:
