Main Effort Roofing is a fast-growing local roofing company looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our team. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What You'll Be Doing As a Canvasser, you'll be the first impression of our company. Your job is simple—you'll introduce homeowners to Main Effort Roofing and schedule free roof inspections for our sales team. You'll spend your shift: Talking with homeowners in local neighborhoods Scheduling appointments for our sales team Representing Main Effort Roofing in a friendly and professional way Staying active while working outdoors Helping us continue to grow our business Every conversation matters, and every appointment helps our team succeed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years of customer service experience Enjoys talking to people and building relationships Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is dependable and shows up ready to work Is comfortable working outdoors Has reliable transportation If people naturally describe you as outgoing, friendly, or easy to talk to, you'll probably do really well in this role.
