About Flex Roofing Flex Roofing and Restoration is a locally owned, veteran-led roofing company that has proudly served Oklahoma City homeowners since 2018. We are a TAMKO Platinum Contractor and a member of the Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association (ORCA), with a reputation built on quality workmanship and honest storm-damage restoration. We are growing fast and expanding our canvassing team.
The Role:
Door-to-Door Canvasser (1099 Independent Contractor) As a Canvasser, you are the first face homeowners see. You will knock doors in storm-affected OKC neighborhoods, introduce Flex Roofing, spot potential roof and hail damage, and set free inspection appointments for our roofing specialists. No roofing experience needed- we train you. Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
Commission-based:
earn up to $400 per closed job you generate- Uncapped earning potential

- Knock doors in assigned OKC-area neighborhoods (territory provided)
- Introduce Flex Roofing and educate homeowners about storm and hail damage
- Identify homes with potential roof damage
- Set free inspection appointments for our roofing team
- Track your daily activity and follow up on leads What We Are Looking For
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to people
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Strong work ethic and a positive, coachable attitude
- Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
