STATUS Roofing is growing and we're adding a Outside Sales Canvassers to our team. This role is responsible for canvassing , setting qualified appointments, and maintaining consistent pipeline growth.
Requirements:
Sales experience is required Roofing or canvassing experience is preferred Compensation includes: Guaranteed weekly base pay Pay per qualified appointment Back-end compensation based on a percentage of completed project profit This position offers a balance of stability and performance-based earning, along with a clear leadership path.
