Salary:

Icon Roofing and Construction is looking for motivated individuals to join our field marketing team as Roofing Canvassers . In this role, you will be the face of our company in local neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, identifying properties with potential storm damage, and scheduling appointments for our project managers to conduct free drone inspections. Let's be direct: This is a pure door-to-door field position. If you are afraid of knocking on doors or handling door-to-door communication, this job is not for you. We want confident go-getters who view "no" as just a step closer to "yes."

What We Offer Competitive Base Pay:

$20.00 per hour guaranteed.

Paid Training:

Comprehensive training pay is provided during your first two weeks so you can learn our industry-leading software tools and master our script.

Key Responsibilities Walk designated residential neighborhoods to engage face-to-face with homeowners. Educate residents on recent storm activity and offer complimentary, zero-obligation roof inspections. Log property details and schedule consultation appointments using our mobile canvassing apps. Maintain a positive, professional image of the company at all times. Meet daily and weekly goals for door knocks and scheduled appointments.

Requirements Fearless Communication:

Must be completely comfortable approaching homeowners at their doors and handling objections smoothly.

Stamina & Resilience:

Ability to walk and stand outdoors for a 5-hour shift (3 PM - 8 PM).

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a dependable way to get to designated local work territories.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable utilizing mobile apps and tablets for tracking leads and inputting client data in the field.

Professionalism:

Strong communication skills, a clean appearance, and an outgoing personality. Previous experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, retail, or customer service is a major plus, but not required—we will train the right attitude!
