Job Overview TRC Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated and driven Storms Restoration Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity with multiple openings available. We provide qualified leads to help you succeed, along with training and a proven process. Sales reps who generate their own leads can earn additional compensation. What You'll Do Run company-provided leads and meet with homeowners Inspect roofs and assess potential damage Guide customers through the insurance claims process Meet with insurance adjusters on-site Help customers select materials (shingles, gutters, etc.) Follow a company checklist to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Compensation Commission-based pay Earn 10% of total job sales on company-provided leads Additional earning potential for self-generated leads Training & Support Paid training provided Step-by-step process and checklist system Ongoing support from experienced team members What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Ability to work independently in the field Sales experience is a plus (but not required — we will train) Why Join TRC Roofing & Construction?
