Residential and Commercial Roofing Consultant Tulsa, OK 74146 Up to $150,000 a year - Contract Up to $150,000 a year - Contract Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential and Commercial Roofing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients regarding their roofing needs. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the best service and products available. This position requires a proactive approach to sales management and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our roofing solutions. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and care. Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess roofing conditions and recommend solutions. Evaluate commercial roofing systems, identifying issues and proposing appropriate services. Actively canvass neighborhoods affected by storms to identify potential roofing needs and assist homeowners Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and manage customer interactions effectively. Prepare accurate estimates for roofing projects based on inspections and customer requirements. Assist clients with navigating the insurance claims process to ensure they receive the coverage they deserve. Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Maintain organized records of leads and follow up to convert them into satisfied customers. Requirements Proven experience in roofing consulting or a related field. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to conduct residential and commercial inspections. Experience with storm damage canvassing and lead generation. Proficiency in estimating and insurance claim processing. Must be able to climb roofs safely and effectively. Reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites and client meetings. High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
