Job description: We are looking to hire Canvassers to join our team! The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and comfortable going door-to-door in local neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about our services and set appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Travel to assigned neighborhoods in Oregon and Washington to canvass residential areas Speak with homeowners and provide information about our services Set qualified appointments for our sales team Track interactions and maintain accurate records of leads Meet at the office in Woodburn at 9:00 am each morning for team meetings and route assignments Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment Assist with prep and light office work when needed Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

Must be comfortable walking several miles per day and working outdoors in various weather conditions Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must have a working cell phone Must be confident speaking with new people and handling objections Must be an ambitious, self-motivated individual Must be looking for a long-term position. There will be room for growth into a Sales position. Pay starts at $20/hour depending on experience. Monthly bonuses will be awarded at the end of each month based on the number of sales appointments set and signed contracts secured.

Job Type:

Full-time Saturdays Optional. 6-8 hour shifts

Qualifications:

Previous canvassing, door-to-door sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and meet daily and weekly goals Excellent time management skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
