You'll earn a guaranteed $20/hour base rate , PLUS uncapped bonuses for every 3 qualified painting estimate a week or a total of 6 estimates in within 2 weeks that you schedule and every job that closes. With consistent performance, this position can provide $600

Your job is simple:

start conversations, generate interest, and book free painting estimates. Our sales team handles the rest. How You Get Paid $20/hour guaranteed base pay +$40 for every 3 estimate appointment you generate per week or a total of 6 estimates in 2 weeks within the pay period. +$150 for every appointment that turns into a completed painting job $500 signing bonus after 90 days when standard goals are met Uncapped earning potential Paid training Your paycheck grows with your performance. What You'll Do Knock Doors & Set Appointments Visit assigned residential neighborhoods, introduce Veenhuizen Painting, and start friendly conversations with homeowners. Book Free Estimates Identify homeowners who may be interested in painting services and schedule a free estimate with our sales team. Own Your Territory Work assigned neighborhoods, identify high-potential areas, and build efficient door-to-door routes. Track Everything from Your Phone Use simple tools like SalesRabbit and Google Forms to track leads, appointments, routes, and activity. Improve & Grow Track your appointments, completed estimates, and closed jobs while participating in weekly team check-ins designed to help you improve your results. What Success Looks Like We keep expectations simple.

Base Goal:

Set approximately 1 appointment every 3 hours while maintaining a strong appointment completion rate.

Pro Goal:

Set approximately 1 appointment every 2 hours and maximize your bonus potential. The harder and smarter you work, the more you can earn. Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers Energetic, positive, and resilient Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently in the field Willing to walk neighborhoods for 4-6 hours Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable and dependable Comfortable learning basic mobile apps and technology Interested in earning more based on performance Previous door-to-door, canvassing, appointment-setting, or outdoor sales experience is a major plus — but it's NOT required. We provide paid training for the right person.
