We're adding reps to our Norristown team. You knock doors, start conversations with homeowners about lowering their electric bill, and set up their solar consultation. That's the job. No cold calls, no office chair, no cap on what you make. What you'll actually do Work assigned neighborhoods with a team, not alone Talk to homeowners about a no-upfront-cost solar program Set appointments and run consultations once you're trained Show up to team training and get better every week What we're looking for You can hold a conversation with a stranger Reliable transportation Willing to be outside and hear "no" before you hear "yes" 18+ Zero sales experience required.
