As a Storm Restoration Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners affected by storm damage. You will educate clients on the restoration process, perform roof inspections, assist with insurance-related documentation, and help guide projects from inspection to completion. Our ideal candidate is confident, energetic, professional, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales and construction environment. Responsibilities Conduct roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage including hail, wind, and water damage Meet with homeowners to explain roofing and restoration solutions clearly and professionally Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking. ( knock to close role) Assist homeowners throughout the insurance claims and restoration process Prepare accurate project scopes, estimates, and documentation Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project completion Maintain strong communication with clients from inspection through final build completion Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and restoration timelines Build lasting relationships with customers and maintain a strong reputation in the community Utilize CRM systems and technology to track leads, appointments, and project progress Represent Havora Construction with professionalism, integrity, and high energy at all times Qualifications Previous sales, roofing, construction, or storm restoration experience

REQUIRED
