Canvasser / Outside Sales Trainee - Roofing & Siding A1 Home Improvement LLC is looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our residential roofing and siding team as Canvassers / Outside Sales Trainees . This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter the home improvement and sales industry, earn hourly pay plus commission, and have a clear path to move into higher-level sales positions within an established company. No roofing or siding experience is required. We provide training, support, and the tools needed to succeed. About the Position As a Canvasser, you will represent A1 Home Improvement LLC in local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their roofing, siding, and exterior home improvement needs. Your role is to start conversations, identify homeowners who may need our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. This is an hourly position with additional commission paid on closed jobs generated from your appointments. The more effort, consistency, and drive you bring to the position, the more earning potential and advancement opportunity you will have. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners Introduce A1 Home Improvement LLC and our roofing and siding services Identify homeowners who may need roof replacement, siding replacement, repairs, or exterior improvements Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Professionally represent the A1 Home Improvement brand Maintain a positive and professional attitude Follow assigned neighborhoods, routes, and team schedules Attend training meetings and team meetings Learn basic roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling terminology Track appointments and customer information using company systems Work closely with sales representatives and management Follow up on assigned leads when required Maintain consistent activity and performance goals Compensation This position offers: Hourly base pay Commission on closed jobs generated from your appointments Unlimited earning potential based on performance Paid training Opportunity to move into higher-paying sales positions Long-term career growth opportunities Our compensation structure rewards hard work and results.
