This is a high-impact management role focused on recruiting, training, developing, and leading canvassing teams that generate leads for one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management position. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, build culture, hold teams accountable, and drive results consistently. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and develop canvassing talent Lead daily team meetings and field trainings Manage team performance, activity, and lead generation KPIs Coach Team Leads and canvassers in the field Drive office growth through hiring, retention, and production Build a competitive, high-energy culture Track and report daily performance metrics Work closely with regional leadership to scale the market Compensation Base salary Override on office performance Top-performing managers earn $80,000-$100,000 annually Paid training Fast-track advancement opportunities What We're Looking For Leadership or management experience preferred Sales or canvassing experience is a major plus Strong communication and coaching ability Competitive mindset with high accountability Comfortable managing people and performance metrics Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed Motivated by growth, leadership, and income potential Why Join Us?
