Community Outreach Representative (Part-Time) Jake's Custom Homes | Northeast Ohio Jake's Custom Homes is seeking two part-time Community Outreach Representatives to help introduce homeowners to our remodeling and custom home services throughout Northeast Ohio. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and representing a growing local company. No prior construction experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidates. Compensation $25.00 per hour Up to 12 hours per week Flexible scheduling Performance bonuses and commission opportunities on signed work from your lead Schedule No more than 4 hours per shift Up to 12 hours per week Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities available Responsibilities Visit residential neighborhoods throughout Northeast Ohio Introduce homeowners to Jake's Custom Homes Distribute company information and marketing materials Start conversations with homeowners regarding remodeling and custom home projects Schedule project consultations for our team Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company Provide feedback on homeowner interests, concerns, and market trends Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Comfortable walking and working outdoors Self-motivated and dependable Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, teaching, or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required About Jake's Custom Homes Jake's Custom Homes is a Northeast Ohio custom home and remodeling company focused on delivering high-quality projects while building lasting relationships with homeowners, employees, and trade partners.
