Sales Representative - Roofing & Exterior Solutions Top Side Roofing Create Your Own Schedule and Unlock Unlimited Earning Potential—with Benefits! What You'll Do:
Sales & Customer Development (Primary Focus) Generate and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, door-to-door canvassing, and self-generated leads. Follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads. Conduct roof and property inspections to identify storm damage and other roofing needs. Educate homeowners on roofing systems, restoration options, and insurance claim processes. Present solutions and close roofing, restoration, and permanent lighting projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process. Meet with insurance adjusters when needed to support homeowners during claim inspections. Project Coordination (Secondary Focus) Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale. Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project completion. Keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with collecting necessary documentation and final payments. Help ensure customer satisfaction from initial inspection through project completion. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred; roofing sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof/property inspections. Organized and detail-oriented. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously. Reliable transportation for client meetings and property inspections.
