Job Description
Tier 1 Roofing is expanding our field team and looking for outgoing people who like being out in the community and don't mind a little hustle. What You'll Do Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door to introduce homeowners to our service Start friendly conversations, answer basic questions, and gauge interest Set qualified appointments for our sales team Log every contact and outcome in our CRM/app Hit weekly targets for doors knocked and appointments booked Represent the company professionally and courteously at every door What We're Looking For Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection without losing steam Reliable transportation to and from assigned territories Able to walk and stand for extended periods, outdoors in varying weather Availability weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays — peak hours are when people are home Smartphone for logging activity Must be 18+ and pass a background check Prior canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required — we train What We Offer Uncapped commission Weekly pay Clear path to Field Team Lead / Sales Rep for top performers Company gear / flexible scheduling
