Job Description:

Sky Shield is looking for proactive and personable Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to engage with residents and schedule free roofing estimates. This role involves direct interaction with homeowners, providing them with clear information about roof replacement options and financing solutions. You'll foster meaningful conversations while helping homeowners protect and improve their investments.

Responsibilities:

Meet at the Sky Shield hybrid location, then join a team driver who will transport you and a teammate to assigned neighborhoods. Engage with residents through door-to-door interactions to schedule free roofing estimates. Build trust and positive relationships by being friendly, professional, and informative. Clearly communicate the benefits of Sky Shield's roofing solutions and financing options. Earn $15 per hour plus $150 per qualified lead . Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and homeowner feedback.

Training Program:

Sky Shield offers a comprehensive training program to ensure your success: Two days of classroom training to learn essential skills and product knowledge. Hands-on field training, where you'll apply what you've learned by knocking doors with experienced team members.

Qualifications:

Sales, customer service, or community outreach experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to and from the office in Annapolis. High school diploma or equivalent.
