Watchdog Construction Company is looking for experienced roofing project managers who are motivated, self-driven, and ready to build a long-term career with a company that rewards performance. This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for experienced professionals who know how to generate business, manage customers, and deliver exceptional service from the initial inspection through project completion. Responsibilities Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated marketing. Perform roof, siding, window, and exterior inspections. Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options. Assist homeowners throughout the insurance restoration process when applicable. Prepare estimates and present proposals. Manage customer communication from contract through project completion. Coordinate with production to ensure a successful customer experience. Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Qualifications Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience preferred. Strong communication and closing skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. What We Offer Unlimited earning potential. Compensation Compensation Our compensation plan is designed to reward both early cash flow and overall job profitability: Advance Commission You receive 20% of the total contract value after the customer's deposit has been collected. This gives you early income while the project is in progress. You receive 50% of the job's net profit . Any advance commission you were paid upfront is subtracted from your final profit payout .
