Do you enjoy being outdoors, connecting with people, and helping homeowners discover real solutions that lower bills and improve comfort? Home Pros for Texas is seeking motivated Home Efficiency Ambassadors (1099 Independent Contractors) to join our team. In this role, you'll canvas residential neighborhoods, have friendly educational conversations with homeowners, and set high-quality appointments for our expert consultants. We help San Antonio homeowners with water softeners & filtration, permanent outdoor lighting, solar + battery systems, generators, high-efficiency HVAC, roofing, and whole-home upgrades that address high utility costs, hard water, and Texas weather challenges.

Home Efficiency Ambassador:

Canvas assigned neighborhoods door-to-door in the San Antonio area Engage homeowners in educational, low-pressure conversations about home efficiency and comfort solutions Qualify interest and set confirmed in-home appointments for our sales team Track your activity and results professionally Represent Home Pros for Texas with professionalism and respect

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable starting conversations and handling rejection with resilience Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Reliable transportation and a smartphone with data Physically active and comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Previous door-to-door, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Important:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You control your schedule and methods. You are responsible for your own taxes, vehicle, and equipment. No employee benefits are provided. Compensation is performance-based with uncapped potential.
