POSITION 1
CANVASSER (Roofing / Solar / Renovation) We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to help generate new business opportunities in the field. What you'll do: Door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods Introduce roofing, solar, and renovation services Set qualified homeowner appointments Log and track leads in CRM Represent the company professionally in the field
Pay Structure:
Paid per set and completed meeting (appointment set & held, contract signed, checked received) Bonuses for quality leads and performance consistency Training provided — no experience required Ideal fit: Self-motivated and coachable Comfortable speaking with homeowners Reliable transportation preferred Entry-level friendly
POSITION 2
SALES / PROJECT MANAGER (Roofing / Solar / Renovation) We're also hiring strong closers or future leaders who can run full projects from start to finish. What you'll do: Conduct homeowner consultations and inspections Build and present estimates and solutions Close roofing, solar, and renovation projects Manage scheduling, crews, and job progress Maintain communication from sale to completion
Pay Structure:
Paid on appointments set AND deals closed, contract signed, checked received. Earn commission on multiple solutions/products. Performance-based earnings with uncapped upside, bonus structure.
Ideal fit:
Sales experience preferred (construction a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple projects Problem solver with a customer-first mindset
BONUS:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Full training provided Growth path into leadership / management roles
