Trademark Restoration is hiring Operators across Southwest Florida. You sell. We build. You keep 55% of every job's gross profit and earn overrides on every rep you bring in. We have been Florida's trusted name in retail roofing for 16 years. We are CCC licensed, manufacturer certified, and fully staffed on production. When you close a deal, our team handles every permit, every crew, every inspection, and every warranty. You focus on selling and building your sales organization.

WHAT YOU EARN

• 55% of Adjusted Gross Profit on every personally closed and collected job
• 5-10% override on every rep you recruit and develop
• $0 startup cost — no franchise fee, no inventory, no overhead
• Closing 8-10 jobs/month solo: $150,000
• $250,000/year
• With a 3-5 rep team producing: $300,000
• $500,000/year
• Regional Operator with full downline: $600,000
• $1M+/year
• No income ceiling at any level

WHAT YOU DO

• Generate retail leads through door-knocking, referrals, networking, and neighborhood saturation
• Conduct honest roof inspections and present Trademark proposals
• Close retail homeowners on value — wind mitigation, manufacturer warranty, 16-year reputation, annual site visits
• Recruit and develop your own W2 Sales Reps and earn overrides on everything they close
• Build toward Regional Operator status — 65% of AGP plus full downline override

Direct entry (experienced producers): If you have a documented track record in roofing, solar, or home services sales, you can enter directly at Operator status — day one at 55% of AGP. No training phase required for proven closers.

• Self-directed work ethic — your income is entirely determined by your activity
• Roofing installation experience is not required.

• Operators are engaged as 1099 independent contractors.

Compensation is entirely production-based — no base salary or draw at the Operator level. All compensation terms are governed by the executed Operator Agreement.
