Our top reps clear $300K if that sounds like a place where your work ethic is actually worth something then keep reading. The Opportunity We are hiring 3 additional candidates to add to our team. Candidates will not need to be located near our headquarters in Delray as the majority of the leads ran will be in other parts of Palm Beach and Broward counties. SK Quality Roofing has been the trusted name in South Florida roofing for over 44 years. We're expanding and adding three Sales Representatives to our team. This is a relationship-first, consultative-selling role backed by a real lead pipeline, modern sales tools, and a brand that homeowners already recognize and respect. You'll run company-provided leads, conduct straightforward roof assessments, and guide homeowners from inspection to signed contract. Our bidding software does the heavy lifting on estimates. Our CRM keeps your follow-up airtight with automated reminders. Your job is to show up, connect with people, and close. What the day-to-day looks like Work company-provided qualified leads — no cold lists, no door-to-door grind Run in-home consultations with homeowners ready to talk about their roof Perform quick visual roof assessments — straightforward, not technical Generate accurate proposals using our estimating software — fast and professional Follow up and manage your pipeline via CRM with automated reminders built in Coordinate handoff to our production team so your customers stay happy Home base is South Florida — no overnight travel, sleep in your own bed every night No roofing experience required — we'll teach you the product. What you need to bring is a track record of earning in a commission environment and the ability to build genuine trust with homeowners. We value consultative, honest selling.
