Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to introduce our organization's initiatives Engage residents with compelling conversations, clearly communicating key messages and benefits Identify potential supporters through effective questioning and active listening Collect feedback and gather contact information for follow-up or future engagement Maintain accurate records of interactions, including visit details and outcomes Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach plans and improve engagement techniques Requirements Proven experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus but not mandatory Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing, or fundraising is advantageous Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections confidently Must be energetic, personable, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us to make a difference through proactive community engagement!
