WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES

This role is five days a week, 8-9 hours per day . It's simple, but not easy. It demands confidence, urgency, discipline, and consistency. RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend daily office check‑ins for training and mentorship Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and door‑to‑door canvassing Relay customer and inspection details to operations for coordination and production

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable personal vehicle Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check Comfortable climbing and inspecting roofs following safety guidelines
