Responsibilities Engage with residents through door-to-door canvassing to inform them about campaign initiatives and candidates Conduct outreach efforts using telemarketing techniques to expand voter awareness and support Collect feedback from community members, ensuring their concerns are heard and documented accurately Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations, enhancing outreach efforts Maintain detailed records of interactions, voter preferences, and campaign activities for reporting purposes Qualifications Proven experience in supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment Strong background in marketing, customer service, or sales with excellent communication skills Experience with door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising campaigns preferred Bilingual abilities highly desirable to engage with diverse communities effectively Exceptional negotiation skills to persuade and motivate potential supporters Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor settings for extended periods Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging based on audience needs and campaign goals Compensation Get uncapped earning potential as you will get paid based on how many doors knocked/flyers left on the door. Pays by the number of doors you knock -$1.50/door, average is about 30 doors per hour.
