This is not an entry-level management role — we are seeking someone who has personally performed at a high level in door-to-door sales or canvassing and understands how to build successful field teams from the ground up. The ideal candidate knows how to recruit talent, create structure, enforce accountability, and drive consistent appointment production in the field. You must be highly organized, performance-driven, and capable of leading from the front while developing new hires into top producers. As we continue expanding, this role will play a major part in scaling our canvassing operations, strengthening infrastructure, and building a competitive, winning culture. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily field operations for canvassing representatives Be actively in the field daily, leading by example — not managing from behind a desk Conduct daily trainings, roleplay sessions, ride-alongs, and ongoing rep development Train new hires on scripting, objection handling, territory management, and appointment setting Develop team members into confident and consistent top-performing setters Create and maintain a high-energy, competitive culture focused on accountability and growth Hold reps accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and production standards Track and analyze performance metrics including: Doors knocked Conversations generated Appointments set Sit rates Overall team production Provide real-time coaching and field support to improve performance Recruit, onboard, and retain strong canvassing talent as the team scales Help build systems, structure, and processes around the canvassing division Work closely with leadership to improve hiring, training, and overall production Ensure professionalism, urgency, discipline, and strong work ethic across the organization Qualifications Proven history of high-level personal production in door-to-door sales or canvassing Previous experience leading canvassing or field sales teams Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop people Must be willing to work alongside the team in the field daily Experience creating and maintaining a winning, performance-driven culture Strong accountability and organizational skills Comfortable managing fast-paced field operations and production tracking Competitive mindset with high standards and strong communication abilities Self-motivated leader who thrives in a results-oriented environment What We Offer Competitive base compensation plus performance incentives Leadership growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Opportunity to build and scale a major field organization Strong support from ownership and leadership Performance-driven culture with advancement potential The ability to make a direct impact on company growth and expansion We are looking for a true field leader — someone who can motivate a team, create structure, develop people, and drive real production while leading from the front every single day.
