There is a $5,000 sign-on bonus if you can last 30 days and the position pays extremely well long term. That part gets a lot of attention, but it's earned. This is not something you coast through. You either show up with effort and consistency, or you get exposed quickly. This role is five days a week, 8 to 9 hours per day.
