Pest Control Sales Representative (Commission-Only) Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, driven, and energetic Pest Control Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based position ideal for self-starters who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are motivated by unlimited earning potential. As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through door-to-door sales, prospecting, networking, and customer referrals. You will serve as the face of our company, helping homeowners and businesses identify pest issues and providing effective pest management solutions. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to build relationships, close sales, and grow your territory. Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities. Prospect and develop relationships with residential and commercial customers within assigned territories. Conduct property assessments and identify customer pest control needs. Present and recommend customized pest control solutions based on customer requirements. Negotiate service agreements and close sales while maintaining company pricing standards. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals. Utilize CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer questions and concerns professionally. Stay informed on company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred, especially in door-to-door, pest control, home services, outside sales, or B2B sales. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face sales. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Compensation This is a 100% commission-only position. There is no hourly wage or base salary. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on their performance, sales volume, and ability to build and maintain a strong customer base.
