As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners in the field to identify roofing needs and generate qualified opportunities for our closing team.Responsibilities include:
Meeting with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and potential storm, age, or weather-related damage Prospecting in residential neighborhoods and generating new roofing opportunities Scheduling qualified appointments and coordinating with our closing team Educating homeowners on the inspection and restoration process Participating in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team meetings Consistently developing your sales skills through mentorship and personal developmentCOMPENSATION & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
