Job Overview We are seeking energetic and outgoing part-time Event Lead Generation Representatives to generate quality leads at events, fairs, festivals, retail locations and other high-traffic venues. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective guests, building excitement about the resort experiences, and pitching our promotional offers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people, and is motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner Drive foot traffic to the booth - using your voice and your upbeat personality. Promote our promotional offers, and deeply discounted vacation packages. Maintain booth presentation and brand standards at all events. Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals. Answer basic questions regarding resort amenities, vacation packages, and promotions. Meet collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to maximize lead generation efforts and sales quotas.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong communication skills and people skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with large numbers of people consistently for long shifts. Must be willing to work independently and able to take no for an answer and move on to the next person without missing a beat. Positive attitude with strong energy and enthusiasm. Must be able to work weekends Friday - Sunday, holidays, and flexible schedules. Must have reliable transportation. This job requires extensive travel and is dictated by the schedule of events. We work events in VA, MD, NC, DC, DE, WV, and PA •This position requires you to stand for your entire shift. We work outside events that take place in the Summer and Winter. We do provide a canopy tent for shade. However, you will be working some events outside where you will be required to stand outside of your tent (depending on the event) to stop people and drive foot traffic to your booth. If you are looking for a desk job, where you will be sitting for extended periods of time, I'll save you the time, this is not the job for you. •If you have brand ambassador, canvassing, lead generation, or appointment setter direct face to face experience this is a great job for you. If you gather leads and set appointments at tradeshows for windows, doors, and vacation companies and you are looking to hustle to make money we want to talk to you.

Compensation:

Hourly pay plus commission structure. Hands on paid training provided. Advancement opportunities within marketing and sales

$12.77 - $25.00 per hour
