Fast-Paced Team Environment Pay:
$20/hour base pay + bi-weekly bonuses
Typical Earnings:
$45,000-$70,000+ per year
Top Performers:
$70,000-$80,000+ This is a field-based, people-facing role focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team. You'll work in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our window and door services, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home consultations for interested customers. This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys talking to people Likes being active instead of sitting at a desk Is motivated by goals and performance-based earnings Wants a clear path into sales or leadership What You'll Do Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about window and door improvement projects Schedule qualified in-home appointments for the sales team Track appointments and daily activity using a tablet/iPad Represent the company professionally and positively in the community What the Job Is Actually Like This is an active outdoor role that involves: Walking for several hours each shift Talking to new people throughout the day Working independently while hitting performance goals Handling rejection professionally and staying motivated Success in this role comes from consistency, communication skills, and effort.
Performance Expectations Top performers typically:
Speak with 10-25 homeowners per day Set 2-5 qualified appointments daily Earn additional bonuses through strong performance Your income growth is directly tied to your results and consistency.
