Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Canvasser / Outreach Manager for our office in Kent, WA. This is a player-coach role. You will be actively canvassing and door-knocking in the field while also leading and supporting a team of canvassers. You will generate appointments through door-to-door outreach, set the standard through your own performance, and help train team members through hands-on coaching. No prior management experience is required, although it is preferred. Some prior canvassing experience is required. If you have canvassing experience and are comfortable speaking with homeowners, we will train you to step into this leadership role.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach and generate appointments Identify homeowners interested in roofing, siding, and remodeling services Lead by example through consistent field production Train and support canvassers in the field Track performance and coordinate with internal teams Qualifications Door-to-door canvassing or outreach experience required Strong communication and ability to engage homeowners Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone for CRM and mapping tools

Preferred:

Experience in home improvement or construction Experience in the Roofing or Construction industry Experience leading a team and goal-setting Compensation Base salary plus performance-based commission. Expected earnings range from $68,000 to $120,000 or more annually based on performance.
