As a Field Canvasser, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners throughout the Spokane area. Your primary responsibility is to introduce Bearcat Heating & Cooling's services, build rapport with homeowners, and schedule free in-home consultations for our comfort advisors. Compensation Per Appointment Scheduled Uncapped performance bonuses Average monthly bonus: $1,500 - $3,000 Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce Bearcat Heating & Cooling services Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations Educate homeowners about heating, cooling, and energy-efficiency solutions Schedule free estimates and service appointments for the sales team Deliver clear and confident messaging about promotions and services Track daily activity, leads, and appointments generated Participate in team meetings and ongoing training What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and working outdoors Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or canvassing is required for our lead position Requirements Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Availability Monday through Saturday Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Bearcat Heating & Cooling?
