In this full-time role, you'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations by engaging with residents through face-to-face conversations in local neighborhoods. This position combines customer service, communication, and community outreach while providing paid training and ongoing professional development. Previous sales experience is not required. Responsibilities Engage with residents in assigned neighborhoods to educate them about our nonprofit partners. Conduct professional face-to-face conversations while representing our organization. Answer questions and provide information about each nonprofit's mission and programs. Process donations using company-issued tablets. Meet individual and team performance expectations. Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings. Maintain a professional attitude while working outdoors. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation to the office. Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout the day. Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation & Benefits $690/week base pay.
