Responsibilities include:

Safely drive company vans to assigned neighborhoods and territories Lead by example in daily canvassing efforts Generate qualified homeowner appointments Represent Homze professionally in the community Build positive relationships with homeowners Help motivate and support fellow canvassers Track daily performance and appointment metrics Consistently achieve and exceed team goals Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of door-to-door canvassing experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a company vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from work Preferred Home improvement experience (roofing, windows, siding, baths, gutters, remodeling, solar, etc.) Previous leadership or team lead experience Appointment-setting experience Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Why Join Homze?
