We are expanding our presence in the region and are seeking motivated Sales Representatives / Project Managers who want to control their earning potential and build a long-term career in storm restoration sales. Position Overview In this role, you will guide homeowners through the storm damage insurance claims process while managing exterior renovation projects. This is a commission-only position ideal for independent, results-driven individuals who thrive on performance-based income and want to be based out of or cover the St. Croix Falls / St. Croix Valley area. Experienced roofing/insurance claim sales representatives are preferred, though not required. We are willing to train driven individuals and provide the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and referrals in Western WI and Eastern MN Inspect roofs and exteriors for storm damage and document findings Sign up clients under Midwest Building Exteriors Inc. for insurance-based repairs Attend insurance adjuster meetings and re-inspections Explain insurance estimates and the claims process clearly to homeowners Assist clients in selecting materials, products, and colors Oversee project progress to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Upload job information and notes into our CRM (AccuLynx) Collect payments and maintain client communication throughout the project Travel to job sites and appointments (valid driver's license required) Compensation Commission-only pay structure Commission paid upon collection of final project balance Partial draw available if ACV payment is collected upfront Commission splits range from 10-35/50% to 10-50/50%, based on experience and performance No earnings cap - top performers can earn 6 figures or more per season Qualifications Must live in the St. Croix Valley area (Western Wisconsin / Eastern Minnesota) and be available for in-person work Prior experience in roofing, exterior construction, storm restoration, or insurance claim sales preferred but not required Willingness to door knock and self-generate leads Ability to read and understand insurance estimates (Xactimate knowledge a plus) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with homeowners Organized, motivated, and results-oriented Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM tools (AccuLynx training provided) Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required What We Provide Access to industry-leading tools and training Support from an experienced production and estimating team A company with a strong reputation and proven track record across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin CRM access (AccuLynx) to stay organized and efficient Opportunity to build a long-term, high-income career in storm restoration sales Ready to help homeowners in the St. Croix Valley and beyond recover after storms while earning top commissions?
