Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Canvasser role based in Waukesha, WI. The Canvasser will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about the company's services, and gathering leads through door-to-door interactions. Additional responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, assisting them in understanding the company's offerings, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The role may also involve participating in training sessions to improve job performance and refine canvassing techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in canvassing and lead generation Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal Customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience Willingness to participate in training and professional development activities Effective time management and organizational skills Must be comfortable working in an on-site, door-to-door environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred
