Job Description

Job Summary:
Join our team at Highland Energy Services as an Enrollment Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for qualifying, enrolling, and providing energy solutions to renters and homeowners. This is a 100% commission-based positio n that requires a self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proven sales track record. The ideal candidate should have the ability to explain, persuade, and educate customers about our energy solutions. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and clear and friendly communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Successfully complete required in-house Energy Specialist Training before beginning work and complete any other appropriate training. Complete Energy Specialist certification provided by the PG&E Energy Training Center Complete and obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson Certification (HISC) license through the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) Ensure enrollments and corresponding forms are in compliance and submitted in a weekly accordance to ensure payroll deadlines. Maintain continuity by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Ability to work autonomously and receive appointments as well as obtain appointments via canvassing. Protect the confidentiality of any processes inherent in the operation of Highland Energy Services Maintain good communication with Inside Sales Associates and the Call Center Manager/Supervisor Participate in monthly meetings. Report to scheduled appointments prepared and on-time. Responsible for the good image of the company while on company time. Other duties as assigned,
Qualifications:
Required:
Must be Bilingual in Spanish Driver License with reliable transportation Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, identify, document and report information. Working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Internet Explorer Preferred:
1+ year(s) of sales experience; preferred canvassing. Detail oriented and organized. HISC Badge/Certification.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, communicate, use of hands, fingers, and wrists when entering data onto documents and into database systems. Occasionally sit, climb, push, pull, kneel, stoop, crawl, and climb ladders. The employee may also on occasion be required to lift objects up to 25 pounds. Experience and License Requirements HISC Badge (Preferred) MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and experience with database management Negotiation and closing skills Proven track record in sales - Preferably in the Energy Industry Valid CA Divers License
