This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, cash management, and sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves managing customer relationships, conducting product demos, and leveraging marketing strategies to generate leads and close sales. (Pay structure is hourly plus commission.) Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within assigned territories. Conduct direct sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting to identify new clients. Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Negotiate pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development efforts. Provide ongoing customer service support to ensure client retention and foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, retail and cash handling experience, and/or technical support roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Point of Sales system Knowledge of marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and product demos. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration. A proactive approach to customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships.
