This role is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to launch a career in business-to-business (B2B) sales. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement while developing relationships with customers and helping organizations solve critical power protection and backup power challenges. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new business opportunities through phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives and sales managers. Develop a working knowledge of UPS systems, battery backup solutions, power distribution equipment, and related products. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system. Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. Follow up with customers regarding product inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities. Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as required. Conduct market research on prospective customers, competitors, and industry trends. Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve activity goals including outbound calls, lead generation, and sales pipeline development. Benefits Generous base salary plus commission allowing total pay of over $ 100 k Hours are Mon-Fri 40 hours per week - No weekends Business to business sales of a product many companies are required to have QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degrees preferred or a minimum of an Associates degree Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience. Background with high level of prospecting such as door to door or telemarketing Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.
