We're growing, and we're looking for hungry, coachable sales talent to grow with us. About the Role The Sponsorship Sales Representative is an entry point into MoneyShow's sponsorship sales organization. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing new sponsorship partnerships with financial companies — including brokers, fintechs, asset managers, trading platforms, and financial services brands. You'll work closely with senior sales leadership to develop your pipeline, sharpen your pitch, and learn the craft of consultative sponsorship sales in a fast-paced, events-driven environment. What You'll Do Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management Prospect and develop new sponsorship relationships across target categories including brokerage, fintech, wealth management, trading technology, and financial education Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close on assigned accounts and packages Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through daily outbound activity — calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Craft and present tailored sponsorship proposals tied to partner objectives and audience fit Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets CRM & Sales Operations Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM at every stage of the pipeline Track outreach activity, meeting notes, deal status, and next steps with discipline Contribute to accurate weekly forecasting and pipeline reporting Event Participation Attend and work MoneyShow events, hosting sponsors and prospects on-site Use events as relationship-building opportunities to accelerate pipeline and deepen existing partnerships Approximate event days per year: 15-20, including some evenings and weekends Collaboration & Growth Partner with senior sellers on larger or more complex deals Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and event production teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed well Bring market feedback and category insights back to the team to sharpen our go-to-market approach What You Bring 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in media, events, sponsorship, or financial services (B2B a plus) Demonstrated ability to prospect independently and manage a pipeline with consistency Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in a presentation setting Consultative mindset: you ask good questions, listen well, and build solutions around what partners actually need Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with clear activity and revenue expectations Proficiency in CRM, Outlook/Google WorkSpace, AI Chat Tools, Linkedin, Apollo/Zoominfo Genuine curiosity about investing, financial markets, or financial media is a real advantage Positive, coachable, and competitive — you want to grow Why MoneyShow Base salary + uncapped commission structure Direct mentorship from experienced sponsorship sales leaders and C-Suite Exposure to some of the biggest names in financial media and investment brands A front-row seat to live events across the country Clear path to a senior sales role as you build your book
