Specializing in community outreach, we help residents lower their electric bills while supporting green energy—without the need for rooftop panels or out-of-pocket costs. Our mission is expanding quickly across the state and we are looking for driven individuals to join us.Position Overview:
LRM Community Solar is hiring full-time Community Solar Sales and Customer Service Specialists to connect with local residents, explain the benefits of community solar, and help them enroll in our no-cost clean energy programs. This is a high-energy, people-first role that combines direct sales with community education.What You'll Do:
Within assigned territories, you will to educate homeowners and renters about community solar programs. Clearly communicate how participants can save on their electric bills while supporting clean energy. Assist with enrollments using a mobile device or tablet. Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the interaction. Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful program onboarding. Track leads, update progress, and report daily results to your team lead. Represent LRM Community Solar's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.What We're Looking For:
Prior face-to-face sales experience is a plus—but not required. We provide full training! Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation. Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or community engagement. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone. Able to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various conditions.What We Offer:
