In this role, you will work directly with local business owners to help them understand commercial energy solutions that reduce operating costs and improve efficiency. No prior sales experience is required. We provide full paid training, weekly pay, uncapped commissions, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. Hiring Immediately What You'll Do Complete paid training to learn our proven B2B sales process Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face conversations Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your assigned territory Identify customer needs and present commercial energy solutions Build relationships through consultative B2B sales conversations Generate and follow up on qualified leads Maintain accurate records of activity using CRM software Manage a pipeline of business opportunities from prospect to close Meet weekly and monthly performance goals with team support What We're Looking For No prior sales experience required—we provide full paid training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Coachable and eager to learn a proven sales system Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation preferred Why Join Our Team?
