U.S. ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a relationship-driven sales position. You'll work directly with homeowners, helping them understand their options and navigate the roofing process by: Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs Walking customers through solutions, materials, and timelines Scheduling and coordinating inspections with our production team Supporting homeowners through the insurance claim process Continuing your development through ongoing coaching and mentorship Success in this role comes from professionalism, consistency, and building trust.

COMPENSATION AND ADVANCEMENT

Sales Representatives:

$6,000

• $12,000 per month

Roofing Specialists:

$9,000

• $18,000 per month

Sales Leadership:

$250,000+ annually

Regional Leadership:

$350,000+ annually Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Growth is performance-driven and earned through results.
