Founded in 2019 and based in the Boston area, we handle the process in-house instead of passing customers between subcontractors, and we back our work with real warranties. We\'re growing fast across Massachusetts and building out our field team to match. This is a door-to-door, customer-facing role. The primary goal is customer acquisition - so if you don\'t mind starting conversations with strangers, you\'ll do well here. No sales experience required; what matters more is being a genuine go-getter who shows up every day and doesn\'t take a closed door personally. What you\'ll actually be doing:

• Knocking on 60+ homes a day, talking with residents about their home\'s energy use, and scheduling no-cost Mass Save energy assessments 8-10 a week, solar discovery chats, roof evaluations, and heat pump conversations - all pointed at helping homeowners move toward full electrification
• Scheduling customers for a No Cost Mass Save Home Energy Assessment or other in-home visits as needed
• Arriving at your assigned neighborhood at scheduled times
• Attending weekly team meetings (locations East Bridgewater, MA)
• Driving to canvassing locations, mainly in the eligible equity zipcodes in the Southshore

Competitive Pay:

\$18 - 20/hour base salary, with uncapped commission.

Qualifications:

• No sales or solar experience required - we\'ll train you on the pitch and the product
• Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations cold
• Reliable, punctual, able to commit to a consistent daily schedule
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
• Able to be outdoors for extended periods in varying weather
